(Fixed) Potential but crashing

I didn’t get passed chapter 3 before the screen went black after an ad. I exited out and tried again and the same thing happened, except it removes a magic energy bottle every time I try again without actually being able to play. They just need to fix the bug.

Solved part of puzzles

I like this level of puzzle play but all the sudden now when I close a partially solved puzzle, when I return to it, the puzzle is empty. I closed the app, reset my iPad, same thing keeps happening. Also I have started having issues where the coin will not open, very annoying.

Absolutely love this game. Has helped my memory and my vocabulary. I do this more than any other word game. Am on chapter 25, level 216 and going strong. Thanks for a fun and interesting and challenging game!
