Favorite Mahjong to play but too many long ads

I love this version of mahjong But there are so many ads and the same ones over and over that last a full 30 seconds. I broke down and paid the $1.99 to have no ads...but, although I’ve patiently waited weeks to stop having ads, I still do. I know they got my money and I included my Apple receipt when I wrote them twice through Contact and have had no response yet...still have ads. If you are willing to waste a lot of time on long ads then you will like this one, but don’t donate to them thinking you are going to stop the ads. If I hear from them to remedy this then I will continue past my current level 301 otherwise, I’m searching for another Mahjong.

Literally cannot play due to ad misplacement

I love this game. It’s simple with beautiful graphics. Doesn’t ask for your money all the time. New modern twists to make it more interesting. I would give a 5 star review except for the fact that I literally cannot click the play button due to the ad on the bottom of the screen and therefore I can no longer play the game. 🤷‍♀️ what am I supposed to do? I tried sending ad feedback claiming the ad covers content but it apparently is not an immediate fix so....

I still got Ads. I hit the No Ads button again and was informed I already paid for No Ads and did I want to pay again! I have emailed the issue to Support. Awaiting a response. If this issue is resolved favorably to where I don’t get Ads and Don’t have to pay again, I will change my rating. I really would like to keep playing.
