UNDERRATED!
Not sure why this app only has 3.9 stars. I’ve been using this app for 2 years now and haven’t had any crazy problems. A few things have came up in the past, but when I reach out to customer support in the app, they have always provided a solution. This app has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a small business. CRM, customer notifications, automation, directions to customers location on the fly, you name it, this app has it. If it doesn’t, I’ve emailed support on some thoughts for improving the software and they actually implemented it. I mean come on, this deserves 5 stars. PS MARKATE, if more people knew about this, it would be loved by so many more business owners. My first move would be MARKATE(ing) on the highest scale. Thanks again, GL
Excellent software for my business!
Currently, we run a small scale exterior cleaning company. Therefore, it is imperative that we automate as many functions as possible in order to provide a great customer experience and make our own lives easier. I tested two other CRM platforms abs was not pleased with customer service and ease of use. I began using Markate on a free trial basis, and signed up within a day or so. It has enhanced our professional appearance from scheduling to invoicing, and the various automated follow up features are definitely a game changer! I highly recommend Markate!
Used to be great
When I first started using this app it was wayyy cheaper and I never had so many bugs in my life.
Every time I turn around something is wrong with the app on my Apple device. I run my business from my phone pretty much as I am always on the run.
I honestly used do have nothing but good things to say about this app and I use it for two businesses and pay quiet a bit of money for them. But why? They are always having issues and right now I’m trying to submit 2 invoices and can’t change the dates on them and another large estimate that’s due immediate and it won’t even let me edit what I have in my estimate.
Sorry to say but you lost me as a customer and I am going else were. The Facebook group used to let you post about your issues to get them fixed and now they don’t let you because I guess bad for business.
I honestly used to feel part of the family with the app and now I feel like I’m just a number. I hope the owner sees and reads this review.
Julie or Julia used to be the best at customer service.
