I got this app for a one off thing I was doing with my friends, but I actually found myself really enjoying the app and how user friendly it was, with a wide wealth of information. As I was enjoying the “make a team” feature, as I go to make a third theoretical team, it informed me that was a “pro only” item. I expect that this is going to be one of those scummy “$8-$10 a month subscription service” nonsense that so many apps seem so eager to incorporate nowadays, asking you to pay continuously for an app that is not at all worth it. Imagine my surprise when I learned the pro upgrade was just a flat purchase of $5. No subscription, no nonsense, just a flat, small fee. It was at that moment, filled with absolute respect for these developers for taking the high road and choosing to put out a quality product, without succumbing to the temptation of the scummy business practices that seem to act as the new meta for apps nowadays, that I immediately paid for the subscription, not just because I wanted the benefits it offered, but because I also wanted to support these developers that had so quickly earned my respect.Fantastic work, I look forward to using this for many months to come.

Downloaded the app, spent a few minutes with it and fell in love. I’ve tried many pokedex apps in the past (Dexter, PokeLab, RotoGo to name a few) and although they’re great in their own way - Theres something about this one that i really like. The UI is fluid and aesthetically pleasing. The information is compact yet easily accessible if you want to expand more info. This also supports the latest generation - Scarlet & Violet - which other Dex apps have not updated yet. It also provides the right balance between informative content, aesthetics and presentation without feeling like its doing trying too hard and sacrificing performance - an issue that i unfortunately had with RotoGo. What got me to drop the $3 was the fact that its a one time purchase and not a SUBSCRIPTION. It also automatically lets users enjoy the PRO version for 7 days to try out the features without having to manually request or sign up for it.

The amount of quality of life features in this app is insane, the layout is perfect, and the info is all up to date. I pair this app with ProDex because the few things that this app could improve upon, ProDex does them, and vice versa! The only complaints I have are about the team builder. 1: the ability to choose a game for the team (ie: red/blue, gold/silver, etc), it should still have the national dex option, but the ability to build a team for a certain game with only the moves and abilities they’d have in that game would improve the app immensely 2: this is a small one, but the option to put teams into folders, or even just move the teams around on the list would make sorting 10x easier! Right now I have to refrain from making a team until I finish a teambuilding project so I don’t lose the one I’m currently working on 9.8/10

This app is literally insane. I’ve never seen something like this, so detailed and pristine. I honestly don’t think Nintendo or the Pokémon company could have designed a better app if they tried. I downloaded a few popular Pokédex apps to find the best one and honestly this app is insane. I have no idea how they only charge $3 (one time) for the full permanent use of all the pro features. I would literally pay 10x that amount for the amount of work, effort, thoughtfulness that went into this app. I’ve never seen anything like this, I’m truly amazed and astounded/astonished. Thank you for all the hard work you’ve done, whoever you are. There is literally nothing else like this app. I truly can’t believe it, I can’t thank you enough!
