Not as good as the CardCommand app

I’m not seeing as this being an improvement over the original CardCommand app. For starters, when I opened the original app, it automatically opened using my faceID. This app requires me to select the option every time I open it. Then there’s the fact that it takes awhile to load each screen, as opposed to near-immediate response from CardCommand. And then there are the notifications. I hate text message notifications. There’s no option for push notifications, like CardCommand. The “Notification Settings” screen has very minimal settings, and aren’t really very diverse.

All in all, this is not a better option. I hope you are still in the process of upgrading this app to make it at least as good as the CardCommand app, or you are continuing to support the CardCommand app. I’m glad I did not delete it like it was advised to. Until this app is on the same level as the original, I can’t see using it over the original.

I am less than pleased.

Thank you for your comments. A new app update will be available soon that resolves the face ID issue, as well as the slow responsiveness. In addition, we are exploring push notification capabilities. There were no changes to Notification Settings. Feel free to call us for assistance with these settings.

Not Completely Functional Yet

Just got the new app (launched today).
Installed fine.
Registered my card with no problems.
I attempted to add (joint acct) my wife's card.
Got a pop up error msg telling me the data could not be confirmed at this time.
I was instructed to call for assistance and it posted the number to call.
I called.
I went through 7 minutes of frustration just trying to communicate with the rep, who spoke VERY broken english.
End result---He couldn't help me and gave me the number of someone who could.
No thanks.
I don't trust my luck.

RANDOMLY LOCKS MY CARD

This app is terrible. I constantly have issues with it locking my card. Even when I go in to unlock it, moments later my transactions are denied because the card locked again. This is especially upsetting when in the checkout line at the store or trying to pay for gas😡.

To make matters worse, I constantly get the error message, "It looks like there is an issue on our end. It's not your fault. Please try again in a little while" when trying to login into the app.

I called customer service today to remove my card from the app and the rep was extremely rude. Once she stopped entering my names incorrectly and accessed my account, she guided me through a failed attempt to remove my card from the app. Instead of removing my card, the app kept opening my transactions list. This has been a nightmare!
