Find yourself glancing down the street, wondering where the bus is? Wonder no more, with the MCTS Tracker app. Enter the stop number for the stop you're waiting at, scan the stop's QR code, or search to find out when the bus is getting there. Now with more colours to make it even easier to tell whether the bus you care about is almost there. The system uses live data from the MCTS to determine arrival times, so you'll be less likely to miss a bus again. Thank you for creating this app. It’s a sure thing to get you on your way. I got sick two years ago standing on the bus stop in the Cold weather not knowing if I just missed a bus or not. Thank you for this app because it’s very dangerous for women out there at night. Not I can walk out my house or job 6 minutes before the bus is to arrive at the closet stop and see it at the light down the street. Wait time is safer and warmer. Thank you for this accurate app.

Inaccurate and unreliable

I’ve used this app for 6+ years and at first I didn’t have too many issues with it, but recently I moved and started taking a different bus than usual and this app has become completely and entirely useless. I’ve been late to work half a dozen times solely because of bus drivers being late and this app not showing accurate information. It will say that a bus is approaching a stop when it’s not, it will say that a bus came and went and then I see the bus go by 4 minutes later after I’ve already left the bus stop. And every single day the buses disappear from the map once they reach a certain area in Milwaukee and then reappear as they get closer. When this happens the app will say the bus is 5 minutes away, then 4, then 3 and then the bus reappears on the map and it goes back up to 5 or 6 minutes. Combine the unreliability of this app with bus drivers being inconsiderate and you have an awful public transit system.

Can’t search routes

When I click the search route button, it tells me to select a language and then it tells me that it can not fetch and to make sure I am connected to the internet, even though I clearly am. I have erased and redownloaded the app and it still does it.

Inconsistent & Inaccurate

I use this app every day and every day it is consistently wrong. Says my bus is “approaching stop” when it is over half a mile away, says it is approaching for 20+ minutes or will not show up at all. Sometimes times fluctuate so much it will say I have 20 minutes until a bus arrives and 5 minutes later it says it’s 5 minutes away, then back up to 10 minutes moments later. There has never been consistency with it for the past several years I have used it. Really hoping this can get resolved.

+ Updated nearby and map tracking data + Added redundancy for unknown stop names + Fixed an issue where route direction on filtered Nearby stops could display incorrect info + Fixed the status bar color appearing white and thus invisible on Arrivals screen + Fixed placeholder text on Stop # screen displaying with ellipses + Updated error dialogs to provide more detail
