A holistic approach to all the things that are key to tracking on your GLP-1 journey! This is very helpful & I log almost every day just to make sure at a very minimum my protein intake & water is reached. This is also the first time I’ve increased & tracked my fiber intake. There’s absolutely a difference when I get to 25g of fiber and when at I’m half that. I honestly wouldn’t know unless I tracked it. Nice to have barcode or label scanner too for easier logging. When I started, the most common post-GLP 1 side effect I read about was saggy skin. I’d been working so hard to improve my skin & anti-aging for the last 2 years before I even started my shots. I definitely didn’t want to go backwards on that regard looking all deflated but finally reaching my goal weight. I wanted to make sure once I lost the weight, I didn’t have a whole extra year of firming up sagging skin. This keeps protein check, fiber, shot reminders, water tracking much easier.

Unlike the barebones app from my semaglutide provider (which only tracks weight and doses), this one is incredibly useful. It lets me log my food easily with a massive directory—just get a food scale or google the weight if you’re not sure.What makes it stand out is the custom dosing option. I microdose, so being able to track exactly when I dosed and how much is still in my system is essential—and this app nails it.You can log water, protein, fiber, and activity levels (including what kind of activity you did). It clearly shows how much more you need for the day, which keeps me on track.It also has a dynamic graph that estimates how much Rx is in your system which makes connecting side effects to dosage level very easy. But the best part? The ghost photo feature. You can layer a past photo over your current one to actually see the difference. It helped me realize subtle changes I never would’ve noticed on my own. There’s also a voice memo and photo log built in. It’s thoughtful, detailed, and just really well-designed.I did have a small learning curve with the photo feature at first, but once I got the hang of it—it was amazing. Take your Day 1 and Day 7 photos, trust me. The alignment tool makes progress visible in a way that’s so motivating.Highly recommend for anyone taking GLP-1 meds, especially if you’re tailoring your dose.

I’m really happy that I decided to get this app. So far it’s been great. I love how the cute capybara helps to motivate me and stay on track for meeting my daily goals with just a quick glance. Tracking my food is super easy (love the barcode scanner!) and I was happily surprised by how fast support responded to me when I had a question. The only feature I wish the app had is to have the water tracking visual be linked to the log entry like protein/fiber is. Right now if I log water like I do food it won’t up the total on the visual. Easy to just hit the + on the visual but for me that makes it hard to be as accurate because I’m always questioning if I already logged that glass or not. Adding it in the log where it records times and ounces individually works but since it’s not linked that means switching back and forth, unlike protein and fiber that automatically update. Not a huge issue, just a wish for future updates 😀

This app has been a game changer. It would appear the bugs are all out of the app because I've had seamless use. I like the widget and how the app sets up your daily intake and step goals. I'm not 100% sure where the data comes from but I'm using it as a reference tool. The shot day makes it easy and the interface looks nice and it's easy to use. I just point and click my camera on the barcode of most of my food and it logs it. My only complaint is that it's doesn't always match what is on the nutrition label. Love it! It's worth it. Is it perfect no, but the changes and feedback from the company an appear phenomenal. It is pricey and I didn't realize you had to renew each year. But I will think about it when the time comes.
