"Meeting Minutes Preparation" is an application for business people who take minutes of meetings or discussions. You can prepare and manage meeting minutes easily just by selecting the name of a meeting and record date, participants, and what is discussed. Every meeting minutes is organized in a list. Also, this application has a to-do function, so you can utilize the minutes as a work check list if you keep records of to-do items that have been decided at the meeting.

Simply select the name of a meeting and enter date, participants, and what is discussed. It is convenient to check later what was discussed because recorded minutes are organized by names of meetings. Furthermore, you can attach meeting minutes to an e-mail or post them up on the Cloud.
