Otherwise, you're paying to get a repetitive stress injury and hours of excruciating tedium. Very quickly buying becomes the whole game. 24 hours of junk with you mousing it wouldn't make up a billionth of a percent of what you could buy. When you've gotten all the houses and as many hearts [the rare currency] as you can, then get the shipment upgrade to cover two "spam a lot of garbage" rewards. You'll thank me for this ti[p. Also, don't take the gift in the shop after a while. You want the only cleanup to be the gifts that pop up.
