Our app allows you to make rent/maintenance payments, view your tenant ledger, submit repair requests, and view announcements. You MUST have an existing login for the resident portal on the Meridian Properties, LLC website to use this app. If you don’t have one, please contact the management office. Please Note: By having provided your email address for the purpose of using the tenant portal you are acknowledging that you are the tenant of record and all payments made through this application are being made by you and/or on behalf of you only and no rights are created for any other individual by payment made here.
