資料分為3區： 1. 下載區 是指資料有其他外部匯入時，儲存的區域。此區域的檔案操作可有「刪除」、「分享」、「加密」。刪除或加密後，原本的檔案就不見了。下載區提供新增文字檔（.txt)及編輯文字檔（雙擊該檔案）。 2. 加密區 在下載區的檔案經過「加密」操作後，變成加密檔案，而儲存在本區。此區域的檔案操作可有「刪除」、「生解」、「密解」。刪除後檔案就消失了；生解是採用生物特徵解密，解密後的檔案存在解密區，但加密檔案無異動。密解是指以加密時輸入的密碼進行解密，解密後的檔案存在解密區，但加密檔案無異動。 3. 解密區 在解密區的檔案可以檢視（雙擊）、「刪除」及「下載」，當按下下載後，該檔案移至「下載區」（原解密檔案消失）。 4. 設定 在資訊段：放置本APP相關的資訊。在設定段，提供登入錯誤最大次數（0表不檢核）及解密錯誤最大次數（0表不檢核）。
