Generate Interesting Stats/Analysis of all of Your Messages!

I’ve always wanted access to statistics about my messages. If you save them, a ton of information can accumulate over weeks, months and years. The Mimoto developer creatively delivers more personal insights on individual and group chats than you can probably imagine! All this data stays private on your devices. I use a firewall that monitors outgoing connections and there are zero. I’d like to see more technical metadata such as the size and type of attachments (per person and group if possible) and the ability to see contact names listed when you click on those sections at the top. An explanation of how conversation ratings are arrived at would also be welcome. Nevertheless, Mimoto is worthy of 5-stars IMO, given that it already has an amazing amount of info and features in an early version 1 release. I’m looking to seeing how it evolves.

Awesome Analysis

It gives a LOT of information about your convo’s. It’s a whole lot more than what I was expecting when I first downloaded it. It’s really good, I’m not even kidding. Definitely recommend it.

Great idea!

This app is a great tool for anyone looking to improve the quality of their interactions with friends and colleagues via text. Its analysis is pretty deep and clever. It’s actually given me some insights to personal relationships (my wife apologizes over text more than I do) and a good friend of mine initiates text interactions way more than I. The app does access a lot of data - your contacts and messages - but doesn’t appear to phone home. I ran it with Little Snitch denying all outgoing communications. It is a bit of a work in progress, with some parts of the UI performing more slowly than ideal. Still, great idea and immediately useful to me.
