Moms Into Fitness is about Moms, for Moms at every stage of motherhood. Whether you just found out you’re pregnant or your kids are grown up, we help you nurture yourself and build confidence through fitness, nutrition, and community because YOU’RE IMPORTANT!

We build confidence inside and out starting with over 300 scientifically-backed streaming workouts designed by a mom, made for moms. We have targeted fitness programs with workouts done in as little as 12 minutes, three to four days a week. We have it planned for you and no experience is necessary. Just show up!

Moms Into Fitness shows you how to nurture your body without stripping away all the fun. You are a mom after all and celebrations and birthday cake are a part of the deal. We offer over 150 kid-tested recipes and meal plans created by a registered dietitian.

The perfect workout videos for busy women!

There are plenty of workout program options based on your ability level and the amount of time you have to workout. If you are someone who likes to have a plan, Lindsay has calendars you can use, but if you want videos based off the amount of time you have or the type of workout you want, her videos are well organized. I am on my third program and really enjoying Lindsay’s workouts. She is constantly correcting form and encouraging you throughout the video. There are modifications as well to help with certain conditions or to take it up a notch. I have needed minimal equipment - a chair, towel, several sets of weights, a yoga mat, and a pilates ball. Instead of the pilates ball, I have used one of my children’s kickballs and even substituted some canned goods for light weights. I am feeling better and more in shape than I have in years. My children also enjoy watching the videos and attempt to workout along with me. The workouts are all “G” rated in my opinion and all about you physically becoming a better version of yourself. I highly recommend!

Perfect for Postpartum fitness and beyond!

I was pretty active prior to my pregnancy and during, but I had no idea where to start postpartum. I wanted to ease into fitness but also go a little bit harder than just the occasional stretch or walk, once I was cleared to exercise, of course!). I found Moms Into Fitness, tried the free first week trial and I was hooked! Lindsay is so encouraging and kind while also helping you strengthen, tone and feel amazing. I love that there are so many workouts to choose from no matter if I’m feeling tons of energy or feeling really tired after waking up multiple times at night with my little one. I love that she shows you modifications to take it easy or push harder, and I’m excited to use MIF when I’m pregnant next! Also, even though I’m out of the postpartum stage, I still find her Pretty Fierce and other workouts very challenging if you’re looking for more. I also have really gotten into running and I love that she has strengthening, core work and stretching specifically to accommodate runners. There is literally something for everyone!

Moms into Fitness is amazing

Moms into fitness changed my health dramatically after three challenging pregnancies that left me with pelvic pain and bladder prolapse, along w diastasis. This workout helped me significantly even before I started physical therapy...I already had started strengthening my pelvic floor and TA when I got there! After pt finished, and my body was healthier and I could do more workouts I find MIF to challenge me intensely and increase my stamina, weight loss, and strength, while still protecting my body. I tried another workout program for a couple months and ended up with knee pain and very increased prolapse and I realized...moms into fitness is where it’s at for me!!! When I came back to it, I expected it would be too easy, only to find I could barely keep up with my old workouts. So this is challenging and yet protective of my body in good ways. I love it!! And the app is super easy to use! Such a great way to stay fit every day!
