[Fixes] - Tax and commission for operations were calculated incorrectly. Click on such transactions to open editing and then save them. The values will be updated to the correct ones.

[New functionality] - Functionality of the selected account: the ability to choose which account will be used by default. - Functionality of "memory" of categories. When operating with categories of expenses or income, the application will remember which account was interacted with and will select it for the next operation with this category.
