Camera works fine but app is bad

Not sure why there’s an option for settings if you can’t change any of the settings. 1. There’s a switch on the app to stop the blinking light that WOULD be helpful since my baby is distracted by it when he’s supposed to be trying to go to sleep. 2. The option to turn off notifications doesn’t work either (since I can’t change the camera sensitivity) I had to go to my phone settings and block them from the app manually.3. Supposedly the times are synced to match my phone, but that isn’t the case since it’s way off. 4. It would be nice if you could have the sound on the camera off and then turn it on when you open the app if you choose to, sometimes I need to open the app near my sleeping baby in the dark and it is very loud.*UPDATE* from 2 star review to 4 starAfter hearing back from customer support, problems 1-3 were solved, as well as one I forgot to mention, the ability to control music/white noise from the app.All I had to do was delete and reinstall the app. Just be sure to save all of the photos and videos from the gallery because those will be erased!Number 4 is still an issue and I hope someone takes it into consideration. Thanks!*Reading comprehension is important.*I would like it if the app could have the sound OFF initially because the camera is very loud when you open the app. It was just a suggestion.

This little Doppler has definitely put this momma at ease since I was about 15 weeks pregnant with our rainbow baby. We had bought this one at target and thought we would give it a try and let me just tell you, it has been great ! I love that you can listen and record from your own phone and even save the videos of your baby’s heart beats and send them to your closest family members via text, email, or air drop❤️ It comes with a kick counter and a counter for how many glasses of water you have consumed because we all have pregnancy brain (Duh!) it even monitors your weeks and give you small tips on how big baby is already. Currently 39 weeks pregnant now and actively use this Doppler daily to check on my baby girls heartbeat to make sure everything goes smoothly. The Doppler is so small I carry it in my purse with a pouch that is provided in the packaging. The battery life has been great I’ve only ever charged it twice in the duration of having this device. I would highly recommend this Doppler to any pregnant mommas to be out there 10/10 love love love 💕

I loved the idea of being able to use my phone to keep an eye on the kids if I didn’t have the monitor charged or if I was walking out of range of the monitor… app was working great for a while but now it won’t work at all. Can’t live stream even after disconnecting and reconnecting, turning both my phone and the camera off (unplugging it) and back on…. Even rebooted to wifi router. Also for some reason it randomly switched my time frame (which doesn’t really matter) more so mad about the fact that they want you to pay for all these extras and it can’t even do the simple live stream. Worst part is my kid broke our monitor and now I have to get an entirely new monitor and camera because this app decided to just stop working…

Why do I keep getting logged out with a message that says account blocked and that I have been logged out? It lets me log back in but it’s an odd error and I would prefer not to be blocked out of the camera I use to make sure my child is safe, soon to be a newborn camera added as well provided the service still works for me. It seems to be a server error and less that my account is actually been blocked, but having to log back in every single time I want to use the camera is a bit old and I’m also concerned about why this is happening in the first place? As far as I can tell only my husband and I have access so nobody is remotely logging me out of my own account. I would be grateful if this could be resolved. This was going to be an email to support but your support button also doesn’t work! 🙃
