As a Worship Leader, when you use the Music 360 Method Training Pipeline and community platform, you can finally be engaged in the growth of your entire team, without the “burden” having to train them. We go beyond the typical song tutorials by teaching the craft of playing an instrument. Your Training Pipeline starts with tools to help you audition and onboard new volunteers, then follow their learning progress through a comprehensive Stats page. Engage with your Worship Team through direct messaging, post files and collaborate, even host Zoom meetings - all inside your own private community platform, which is deeply integrated with your Team's musical learning environment.
Your entire band and singers will learn through a synchronized curriculum, allowing them to speak each other’s language and creatively grow together. They will develop the unique skills and creativity required for Live Worship. But we didn’t forget about Worship Leaders and Music Directors either. We have a training section just for you!
