Personalized for me

Really like that unlike other fasting programs this one is personalized exactly to my needs. The app asked me a bunch of questions and I was off to the races!

Don’t Recommend

At first the app seems really cool and I have to admit it does recommend a pretty good diet and a fasting plan based off of your bmi, weight loss goal, age, etc. This app is supposed to record your fasting time, however, whenever I would hit start fast and exit out of the app it would stop recording my fasting time. As you can imagine I was pretty disappointed when I had fasted for 15 hours and it only said I had fast for 4 minutes. The whole point of the app is to record you fast which this app fails to do.

Fasting tracker does not actually track a fast. Company has still not refunded my money per their guarantee.
