Description
MyQSafe is a virtual queuing system enabling the public to enter a queue for a walk in and wait service without the need to actually wait. Instead the business will ping you a message to your phone when you need to head back to the location leaving you free to go about other tasks and stay safe.
For Businesses this is a critical service that will enable business owners to open in a way that’s safe for the customers and staff alike. In addition the wasted retail space being used for waiting can now be used to maximise floorspace increasing the turnover, profits and return on investment.
The business maintains control of the queue, choosing when to open, which workers to make available, how the queue order is managed, when people return and when to close the queue.
