This version is much easier to understand. I was able to quickly view my homeowners policy information without feeling lost in the app. I filed a claim today and was able to see the status of the claim and the assigned adjuster with ease. Thanks Selective!

Too slow

Very slow app as it takes too long to load the dashboard. It does not remember your face id. After sometime it automatically shuts down. Very bad experience using it. Very inconvenient

Very slow app as it takes too long to load the dashboard. It does not remember your face id. After sometime it automatically shuts down. Very bad experience using it. Very inconvenient

It’s come a long way in a year or so. When I first installed a year and a half ago, it was buggy. I’m not often in the app. Now seems pretty smooth with access to all pertinent information.

So far I can’t login. I use a password manager and long random passwords it generates for me. To do this, i copy and paste the password from the password manager.This app will not allow you to paste the password!! 🙁Additionally, i tried to go back and forth between the apps, and type in the password a few characters at a time, and it will blank the password when you switch apps.
