Needs to be simplified. With games and treasure hunts and extra points and levels here and there. I just want to see my balance. Then it’s split between midnight and data and multimedia. Difficult to find things. I don’t like to use it at all!!!

Cannot top up using credit card

Every time I try to pay using credit card it opens a blank page and nothing else happens. App has potential, but please fix the bugs.

Has credit card payment option, but even per Smartfren sales rep, “it does not work”. Have tried using our cards from US, India, and even the top/preferred Indonesian bank…none work. Pretty pathetic! Waiting for another, hopefully major, Indonesian provider to offer eSIM cards!
