●概要 宅配ボックスにある荷物の受け取りや発送の手続きができるアプリです。 また、荷物を届いたことを知らせる着荷通知を受信できます。 このアプリを使うことで、ちょっと面倒だった暗証番号の入力や不在票をチェックする手間から解放されます。 アパートやマンション等に設置されているナスタ製の宅配ボックスで使用することができます。 ●詳細 ＜事前準備＞ Step1：アカウントを登録する ・アプリをダウンロードしたら、「アカウント新規登録」を押して登録に必要な情報を入力する。 ・アカウント登録が完了したらログインする。 Step2：宅配ボックスと連携する ・宅配ボックスの「開始」を長押しする。 ・アプリで部屋番号と宅配ボックスの暗証番号を入力し、宅配ボックスとアプリを連携させる。 ＜荷物の受け取り方法＞ ・アプリを立ち上げる。 ・宅配ボックスの「開始」ボタンを長押しする。 ・アプリのホーム画面にある「受け取り」を押す。 ・開錠する宅配ボックスを選択し、荷物を受け取る。 ・扉を閉めて完了。 ＜荷物の発送方法＞ ・アプリを立ち上げる。 ・宅配ボックスの「開始」ボタンを長押しする。 ・アプリのホーム画面にある「発送」を押す。 ・発送する宅配ボックスを選択し、荷物を入れる。 ・扉を閉めて完了。 ＜着荷通知の受け取り方法＞ ・アプリを立ち上げる ・宅配ボックスの「開始」ボタンを長押しする。 ・宅配ボックスに荷物が入っている場合はバナー通知でお知らせされる。 ※着荷通知は宅配ボックス付近でのみ受け取ることができます。 ＜ご注意＞ ・本アプリはオフライン電池式宅配ボックス「Nastaの宅配ボックス」で使用することができます。他の製品や他社製品では使用できませんのでご注意ください。
