NEAT-O: Negative Emotions and Addiction Tools for Opioid Use Disorder Pilot Version – For Approved Study Participants Only NEAT-O is a digital support program designed to help individuals with opioid use disorder (OUD) manage difficult emotions and build practical skills for daily life. This app is part of a research study being conducted by the University of Minnesota and is only available to participants who have enrolled in the study. Why NEAT-O? Designed for OUD + anxiety/depression – content targets the vicious cycle between mood and opioid use. Evidence-informed – built on clinically tested Vicious-Cycle CBT and supported by NIDA funding. Self-paced, mobile-first – use anytime, anywhere, no therapist required.
