To create a connection with your device, a support technician must have an account on the Netop OnDemand Portal (portal.netop.com).

Quick Guide:
1. Only install the OnDemand application if a support technician using the Netop Remote Control Portal requests it.
2. Launch the app.
3. The support technician will provide you a 9-digit session key or a link that pre-fills the session key.
4. Enter the session key on your iOS device and initiate the connection.
5. Enable screen broadcasting to share your screen.
