I have ADHD and I downloaded this months ago as it seemed like a good tool to use to manage myself. I of course didn’t use it at first because of course (ADHD). But I asked for constant reminders to use it and have always gotten them. I finally put my foot down to clean my room and created a task for it and it created subtasks to make things easier. You can change the length of them, the difficulty of the task itself, and set a reminder. The AI subtask creator can do a multitude of tasks as well like a PC Build, Feeding your Animal, and more. Any task you create it will generate subtasks for it. Thank you for constantly reminding me to use it, and I finally have.

I'll start with the positive. It's a good idea. The AI creates subtasks so I don't have to, which can make things easier on my already overtaxed brain. It is helpful to see how much extra time it's taken me to compete a certain step. I'll admit though. I bought this app, but don't use it. My number one complaint is that when the time is up for certain step of a task it sends a notification to my phone. That's it. I have an iPhone so all I get is a little ding. I don't hear it or notice it, because I'm involved in an activity. I have ADHD, I forget the app is even running. I need an alarm to go off, preferably one I can set to go off multiple times until I finish the step. Another feature I'd like is the ability to have multiple tasks going at once. I can only have one going at a time. This is not ideal. I gave it three stars because I hope it gets better. Just a few small improvements would truly make this great.

I have adhd and autism and breaking down tasks is a struggle for me and a barrier to starting them. I have tried goblin tools but it just doesn’t do as good as this app does at really breaking stuff down without being redundant. Even though it’s still a super simple app with not a lot of features, I got the pro version to try out for a month to see how it goes. I just started using it but it’s super helpful so far! I love that it lets you do a task timer and I am hoping that will not only show me how long the tasks actually take me, but allow for the AI to adjust as well!

I have just started using the yearly subscription after using the free version. I am thrilled with it. The breaking down of each tasks by AI is beneficial to me. I would be able to do that on my own but it would just be another task to do before I would be able to complete my tasks list. This AI does it for me! And it makes suggestion that I would not have remembered to think about. So for me, with my anxiety paralysis, this was a big deal. Love it! Thank you, developer!!
