I recently subscribed to Nextgen AI app by accident and immediately realized my mistake. I contacted Apple for a refund, but they refused to help. I have called multiple times, and despite my efforts, they have not issued refund for the $44 charged to my credit card. This feels like a complete rip-off. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing, and I am very frustrated with how others to be cautious before subscribing to this app. Do not Subscribe.

I need more work on integrating speech to text read back feedback for people who are blind or for people who have a reading disability they will not be able to function. What's that out having someone to read it out loud for them or a blind person to have it give them a feedback by using their ears. It needs to be more disability friendly.

Impossible to delete and they are charging you weekly by 9.99$. Btw no any information about such charging I didn’t find.Impossible to find support team they are not answering and do not give you any chance to delete your account and cancel your subscription. Instead of that, they are charging you more and more and it’s no any chance to get my money back.
