I’m a service plumber, and I have calls dispatched to me by my office using this app. App constantly lag’s, takes forever to load and refresh when a new job has been sent to me, and I constantly have to double or triple select the status of each job in order to progress. I am able to get it to work, but it takes patience and lots of frustration. Several of my co-workers agreee with me as well. This app seems like it was created my a mediocre design team, and seems like it was created in 2004. The technology seems so outdated and slow. And yes, we’ve all tried un-installing the app, restarting phones, etc. Doesn’t matter. Might as well have my dispatcher send my next call to me via carrier pigeon.
