Generate random numbers and randomize lists for example M3U playlist files. Also features a coin toss.
You can generate a specific amount of random numbers over a specific range. You can toss a coin. Noob NumRand also lets you randomise lists. For example M3U playlist files, by opening the M3U file in a text editor and copying everything except the #EXTM3U header into NumRand, then selecting two lines from the dropdown menu that is: "Group lines together: 2" and clicking randomise list. NumRand is based on chaotic motion of a particle in a two-dimensional space which passes through 13 cylinders with prime number phase offsets. The result is a very effective random number generator, different from most pseudo-random number generators.
