Such a bad app. Full of bugs
Have been a long time customer and app user. Needed to book a hotel room today. Impossible to load the app. Deleted the app and reinstalled. Still get same error message “Something went wrong. Please try again. It problem persists please contact customer service”. Seriously? Please fix the darn problem.

App-system is currently under trouble shooting as there has been discovered an error. Our team is doing it's best in resolving the issue. In the meantime please try to log into your account on our home page and make a booking or contact customer service for further assistance on +4722334200 or booking@choice.no
Please do keep in mind that either customer service or our hotels have access to internet-rates as these are bookable online only.
Wrong dates
The app still shows reservation dates transposed one day back. Eg. if my reservation is Aug. 3, the app shows it as Aug. 2.
I don’t know if it’s only an issue for customers not in Europe, but it should not be a problem to get the app to show the correct dates everywhere.

Can’t even create a member profile!
The fist step- create a member profile is an endless loop. App seems to not work.
