Notee: AI Note Taker 4+

Not only do I use it for now taking in meetings but I also use it for writing letters. Let me tell you about the meetings function. It’s much better than any notes that I was taking and I can give the meeting notes then to my boss within 10 minutes after the meeting. I sometimes do a little tweaking when they don’t get the names right but that isn’t the program fault needless to say my boss is impressed with how quickly I can get the meeting notes to them. Let’s now talk about letters I basically dictate what I want to say in the letter and then the AI puts it in a letter form that I can then send out. This is one of the most useful tools I have ever had.

This app works just as advertised. I turn lt on right before all my Zoom meetings and then use the app to impress everyone. The only thing I wish it could do is record zoom calls or phone calls conversations then provide a summary. That would be awesome. They don’t advertise that feature but it would be wonderful if they added it. I’d buy that upgrade for sure.

I have a busy life and have ADHD so forgetting things is a huge problem. Since using this, I have been able to keep track of so much. Not only can I record notes, but I can ask for more details, create reminder lists, action items, questions etc. I started offering notes to my clients and they love it. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I wish it was available on Windows. Sometimes the app freezes and requires me to power off my IPhone to restore the app.
All in all, this is a great help!
