Has a lot of potential

As a parent currently in nursing school and working at the ER, I see a lot of personal potential for this App, but would love to see a couple of tweaks.

Every time anyone in my family gets sick I’ve looked for a simple way to keep track of the details. What was their last temperature? What we’re their symptoms? When did the headaches start? The nausea? When did I last give them their medication? How much was I supposed to give, and when? Why can’t I just have an electronic medical record for my family??

This is so far the best app Ive found and has been helping me track my daughter’s current fever.

I would however love to see a few things simplified:
1: A more unified basic unified vital signs flow chart with at least HR, temp, respiratory rate, blood pressure, Sp02 all on one page
so I can do one quick vitals assessment without having to tab through multiple menus.

2: I’d love to see some graphic data options. Is the temperature trending up or down?

3: I’ve been using the basic Notes tab to keep track of when I give meds, but a simple medication schedule could be amazing too. The ability to plug in a med admin schedule with reminders would be fantastic. Children’s Tylenol, 10mL, every 8 hours. A reminder to give it, and the ability to check it off as being given.

Thank you!

Seems useful—any way to customize/group assessment components

I am evaluating this app for a graduate class (Advanced Physical Assessment). Is there a way to group components of the physical assessment? For instance, can I group together vital signs (T, P, R, BP, O2 saturation, pain score), specific assessments based on body systems, and risk assessments (fall risk, etc.), so I don’t have to scroll through the entire list just to enter vital signs?

I also ran into a problem with entering information on a fictitious 4-year-old pediatric patient. Based on age and developmental level, could the pain score switch to an age-appropriate pain scoring tool?

Thank you,
Tammy Smith
