ST Support Tool enables the troubleshooting and evaluation of these ORBCOMM products: ST 2100 (satellite modem) ST 6100 (satellite terminal) ST 9100 (satellite/cellular terminal with Bluetooth) DS 300 (Bluetooth door sensor) TS 300 (Bluetooth temperature sensor) IS 300 (Bluetooth identity sensor) The ST 2100 and ST 6100 require the use of a "BLE dongle" RS-232 to Bluetooth adapter.
