Die P.V. Teutonia-Alemannia zu Offenburg ist eine Pennälerverbindung am Gymnasial- und Hochschulort Offenburg in Südbaden. Sie ist farbentragend, nicht-schlagend und politisch sowie religiös neutral. Sie wurde 1905 gegründet und ist ein Zusammenschluss der P.V. Teutonia zu Offenburg und der P.V. Alemannia zu Offenburg. Die Mitglieder des Bundes werden Teuto-Alemannen genannt.
