Description
Pak identity is NADRA’s Online identity issuance service for Pakistani citizens that provides an end-to-end solution for applying for identity card. NADRA has launched this app to facilitate Pakistani citizens to apply for following identity documents

• Account creation with email, mobile number and biometric verification.
• User login through biometrics (Fingerprints / Facial)

• ICAO-based photograph capture through the mobile camera.
• Fingerprints acquisition through mobile camera
• Digital signature capture through the mobile touchscreen
• Document upload through both mobile cameras and by uploading files
• Attester verification through OTP

Email otp not working
Hello. Email otp not working. I have been trying for a while. Tried 3 different email id’s for signup. Otp for mobile is working fine not for email. Please FIX this. Thanks
Signature
It says I don’t need a signature because my fingerprint form verified but it won’t let me move forward because I won’t give a signature. When I do give give a signature it says I still can’t move forward because I uploaded my fingerprint form therefore I don’t need a signature. I like the old ui/ux you guys had. It was more simple and straightforward. This one is annoying to navigate and I can’t skip parts either.
Pak Identity
It is user friendly application and very good experience to modify my CNIC all my record updated successfully and generated new id card. Just signature issue faced because i cant do my signature on mobile screen hopefully can be uploaded by a paper in future….
