- Order Updates – Actual pick up and actual delivery dates updated automatically immediately following condition report signoff.
- Resources – Access PARS partnerships and discount codes for hotels and transportation.
- Accident Reporting – Report and document accident details and photos.
- Search for Assigned orders by order number, vehicle attributes, addresses, etc.
- Reminders for customer-requested dates when scheduling
- Text messaging pickup/delivery within app
- Search for Available orders with pickup nearest current location
- View canceled orders previously assigned in Archived
- View invoicing data, including attachments, when Archived
