This is what I was looking for without breaking the bank but still works for my daily needs. Will look for paid options later if that would give me elevated workability.

Love this easy to use app. I haven't explored all the facets of the app, but the highlight and annotate features are easy to use. Unfortunately, to keep using it requires a subscription annually for $30 or a one time purchase for $50. That's the only thing keeping me from giving it a fifth star in my rating. If I were a full time student or teacher, I'd pay for it. But as a casual user and not using it for professional purposes, I can't see the point in paying for something I'll seldom use. Think about it.

This app is problematic for several reasons. It installs an app called COS PDF, which is not the title in the App Store. Then when you save a PDF from it and try to open in Preview (or even just open a PDF which was previously opened in the app without saving it), a warning from the Mac appears, saying the Mac can’t verify that it’s free of malware. This is an alarming notice that I’ve never seen before. Also, COS PDF automatically switches all PDFs to open in that app by default, which is inconsiderate without asking. Apple usually has better safeguards than this. No app with this many problems should be allowed on the App Store.

First, its super frustrating that you had to pay for the product before even trying it to ensure it worked. That said, with the reviews, I went ahead and purchased it, since I find lots of reasons to edit forms online. I was able to upload the document to edit it, and every single time I tried to hit the edit button the app force quit, and so I am out $50 and have really no use for the app at all. I did request a refund through apple, but I dont know if they will actually give the money back.
