Open the app and you first walk through a set of simple photography tips for lighting, framing, and more. To ensure sharper photos, a built-in camera stabilizer keeps angles straight. The app even remembers your settings so you get consistent images every time.
Style
After you take and save your pictures, the app’s AI tool extracts the image background and adds a transparent one. Choose a preset or custom color background to help your items stand out and sell. The photo editing utility can add a realistic shadow to your item for depth on any background.

Seamlessly go from taking photos to selling online. Use your pictures to create Square items right in the app and sync them with your Square catalog. Or connect new photos to existing items. Even create Square Online Checkout links in the app so you can sell in just a few clicks—no website needed.

Update: Scenes are back!
Trying to update my prior review but the App Store isn’t letting me. This app has been indispensable for quite some time. A recent update removed the feature I use the most: scenes. It is important for us to have consistent backgrounds and the AI feature doesn’t allow that.
I contacted support about the issue and explained to them why it was useful and they listened! Even though a small percentage of users of this app has that feature, they brought that back for us. Thank you very much Square! Thanks for listening and changing the app. It does not go unappreciated! Add a tip feature so I can provide some monetary reward?

Yeah those little dinky boxes you had to buy if you ever did arbitrage or took photos of purchased or made items to sell online that fell apart instantly…. Those dark overwhelming days are over. 🪄🪄🪄🪄🌅🆒🆓🆕🆗
Welcome to the best app for not only making your items look professionally photographed thanks to some gorgeous yet minimal features on the app like the shadow effects in those dinky boxes but also removing the need for a green screen with proper lighting with people. I do wish it had a video mode. But overall, I’m happy It caught my eye & I found photo studio.

Thank you so much square four everything you do to help my small business. Couldn’t do itWithout you. And since the pandemicI had to close my business of eight years. Now I am reopening and have discovered that I have to sell things online it really hasn’t been easy making the transition because I’m more of a hands-on face-to-face kind of person .
