Great to sort photos by similarity of colors (e.g., White Document photos, Green garden plants photos across dates). Then it is easy to organize these photos.

However, the biggest problem is when you move / delete iOS live photos, it does not understand Live Photos - it only moves / deletes the image part. So, you must manually move / delete the video part which makes it cumbersome. Also, it does not work directly with the Photos library.

Overall, it has some especially useful color sorting features distinct from duplicate photo apps (e.g., Photo Sweeper X, Gemini 2, etc.) which rely on much closer visual similarity.

Admittedly i did first download this seeking a replacement for the Google Image Search desktop application that could find all copies of a particular image on one's hard drive, from small jpeg to raw ooriginal, but was cruelly diiscontinued by the company, like so many other of the useful apps they developed or bought. This seemed to be the closest thing to that. However, what really have come to appreciate is PicArrange's usefulness in curating images that go together beautifully but I would never think to combine. It is a treasure-finder as a fine artist! I also appreciate that the service does not collect data. Needless collection of personal data is depressing and weird so thank you for not doing it. OK, back to the enchanting world of colors, patterns and shapes. Thank you!

This app does what I was dreaming of - and the interface is very slick. I wish there were the normal finder commands within the program as well, for selected items - would have made it a grand slam. But that's minor since you can choose to view selected in finder and it will open a separate window for each folder needed. I'm pretty amazed. THANK YOU!
