Ever wanted an easy way to get your iTunes playlist to a MP3 CD or a MP3 player while keeping the carefully picked order intact?

PlaylistBurner adds a number prefix to your music files that keeps the order intact for most players.

CD: Just pick the playlist, then drag from the cassette to the desktop and press burn. Done!

Folder: Same thing - just press SHIFT while dragging, PlaylistBurner copies the music files into a folder.

ITunes does that

This app only burns a playlist-ITunes will do that for you.

Great for USB mp3

I used this to make mp3 USB thumbdrives to plug into my car radio. Numbering preserves the playlist order. I do wish there were settings to adjust the output name since I make my playlists by artist and don't need that information but its easy enough to fix with a batch renaming app.

Only burns folder, does not convert files to mp3

I thought this application would convert files to mp3. Most itunes files are in m4a format, not mp3. Not good. You need an mp3 converter or have all songs in mp3 before burning them to a disc. When I hit burn on a folder, only a data disc is burned, not mp3. I believe this is false advertizing of this app. Waist of money.
