This is the worst app I’ve ever had. I called to try and fix a problem on my MacBook Pro and all the support people did was make it worse and did nothing to fix the problem. Nothing worse than ending up with more problems than when I started, it’s very frustrating, discouraging and disappointing.😠

I am disappointed the WiFi keeps going offline had to reset the gateway several times and it is a hit and miss situation . I go on the app all I get is reset the gateway . I am starting to regret switching my service to t mobile please find a better solution than just resetting the gateway Thanks
