Pollution Monitor is a Mac app that provides live pollution readings for almost 5000 cities around the globe, right in your status bar.

All data provided by the World Air Quality Index Project (http://waqi.info/) and additional info about the selected city's Environmental Protection Agency is available via a web link from the app.

There have been quite a few issues with the data provider, aqicn.org, and in this update the app handles failed requests better.
Seen readings of zero? Or a pin dropped off the coast of W. Africa (0, 0 lat/long)? Well that should be fixed now.

Hi, I read the reviews below and want you to find success with your app, its very important. Can you please add Bangkok, Thailand to the list of supported cities, we have had terrible pollution well over 150 for many months now. If it’s not too much trouble, please also add Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai Thailand… they are also dealing with horrible pollution. Thank you

Thanks Dresner - I will add the 3 Thai cities in the next release. Chiang Mai wasn't so bad when I was there a year ago, sad to hear things got worse.
Amazing app
I've tried this app before, but my city has problem, and then I send an issue to the dev, and now it works. I can know the pm leve with a glance now. a suggetion: change map to a list of recent city will be conveninent. or options to hide map.
No cities in South Korea
