We have a built in calorie calculator to help you understand your calorie requirements. We use a TDEE (Total Daily Energy Expenditure) calculation to identify the calories required to achieve your goals.

Best all-round fitness app

I started using this app as I wanted to improve my over-all health and well-being in 2023. This app is perfect as it does not focus on just one aspect. I can improve my strength, flexibility and mindfulness all in one place. I have tried other apps for fitness but this is unique in not focusing on just one aspect of health. Highly recommended!

Comprehensive programs

What I like: comprehensive programs with well explained movements. Challlenges to motivate you. A library of short reference vids to teach you. Hundreds of workouts. What I don’t like: you cannot stream your own music while the vids are playing and the same music track plays under all the videos and the beats do not go along with the movements.
