I actually really like this app. There is a lot of good insight to support Zoho desk and to get a sense of the inbound/outbound traffic. The reason for the one star review is that I believe that these features should be included IN the Zoho Desk app - NOT as a separate app. I already have a folder full of Zoho apps... I don't really need another one when all of these features could have been included within the original Zoho desk app.
First off, thanks for your comments on the Radar app. We are happy to hear that you like app very much!That being said, we understand your disappointment that you don't want two apps for handling the ticket management. In fact, the Radar app not just have the insights, but also the tickets related to the stats are just a click away on the numbers. So, you will not miss any functionalities in the app. Moreover, users can get going with their day-to-day activities (like ticket replies, comments, collision detection, feeds, etc.,) without any stoppage. Please give it a try and we are sure you will love it more.We are adding more admin/manager focused functionalities in the Radar app, and that should justify that users will need this app for a proactive mode.
