The app that helps you read or let go of your “saved for later” articles.
It's like the Marie Kondo of read-it-later apps.
Reader mode coming next release!
FOR OVERWHELMED READERS.
With traditional read-it-later apps, you often end up wasting time scrolling and managing a long and daunting list of articles where you cannot tell anymore what is worth reading. Ultimately, you get backlog anxiety, you stop opening the app, and you have read nothing.
To solve this, Reading Queue only shows you the first article in your queue. You must read or archive, and then you’ll see the next one. You can cheat a bit and snooze an article to push it to the back of the queue, but only three times per article.
LET GO OF WHAT YOU DON’T NEED TO READ.
Reading Queue encourages you to let go of articles you haven’t read for 30 days, and those you keep postponing reading.
UNINTERRUPTED READING EXPERIENCE.
Swipe left to archive an article, and the next one in your queue appears instantly, with no loading time.
NEW STUFF IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER.
Your oldest saved articles are presented first so that they won’t be left forgotten at the bottom of the queue.
CONTENT IS FRONT AND CENTER.
The dark, uncluttered and customizable interface brings focus and clarity on what’s more important: the web page. And it makes great use of the extra space available on the latest iPhone devices.
If a link catches your attention while reading a long-form article, long press it to read it next, without interrupting your flow.
COMFORTABLE TO USE WITH ONE HAND.
All commands are easy to reach from the bottom navigation drawer.
SAVE ARTICLES FROM ANYWHERE.
Save articles from any app and web browser on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

Reading Queue for Mac is available on the Mac App Store.
AND READ THEM ANYWHERE.
Reading Queue is also available on the Mac App Store.
No sign up required, you can start using Reading Queue right away. Your queue and archive are stored encrypted in your private iCloud storage. It is also ad-free and does not track what you read. Please keep your personal data for yourself.
AS SEEN ON LIFEHACKER.
“The point isn’t to read less, but more. Instead of wasting time picking which article to read, or getting so overwhelmed that you switch to Instagram, you’ll hopefully find your groove with Reading Queue.”
— Nick Douglas, Lifehacker, Jan 2019

“This is INCREDIBLE! I've had similar issues with Pocket/Instapaper/Safari/Etc. in the past, and this is exactly what I've been looking for. The UX is super well done. It jumps you in and gets you started right away, and keeps you focused on the task.”

Big news! You can finally read your queue and archive on desktop, with the shiny new Reading Queue for Mac available on the Mac App Store.
• If you notice sync issues between your devices, you can attempt to fix them with a force sync from the Settings screen.
• A very unpleasant sync issue where a page you archived was added back to the queue.

Simple = Brilliant
I’m an efficiency expert and a usability guru. I’ve traversed the sea of apps promising to help you stay on top of what you want to read. I’ve amassed lists in the hundreds of saved articles that I wanted to read. All have failed me until now.
Reading Queue’s magic sauce is it’s simple design that immediately brings you to the oldest saved article and forces an action- read it, snooze it (only 3 times), archive it, or delete it. This overcomes the user’s psychological problem or the paradox of freedom - having the freedom to make a choice (of what to read in a moment) is often what paralyzes us. When there’s so much information and things you want to read, you get overwhelmed by the decision. This app empowers the user to trust your original instinct that led to saving the article in the first place.
IT’S THE SIMPLEST APPS THAT ARE THE MOST BRILLIANT!

No feature rot here
This is INCREDIBLE! I've had issues with Picket/Instapaper/Safari/Etc. in the past in terms of adding way too much to my reading list, causing what the developer refers to as “Pocket bankruptcy”. This is exactly exactly the solution I've been looking for. It’s super lightweight, and the UX is very well done. It jumps you in, gets you started right away, and keeps you focused on the task: clearing out your reading list. Thanks so much for this!
Developer Response ,
My pleasure! Really glad the app resonates with your needs. Thank you so much for those kind words!!
Smooth and easy to use!
I am always a little weary when it comes to apps that you have to click share to interact with it but not this one! This was simple to use, beautiful, and renders the page in a headless setting so more reading room! Love it!
Developer Response ,
Designing around the share menu is indeed tricky, but super glad you enjoyed the app! :)
