Basic, but does what I need

My boss and I use this to track his business receipts. He lives in the USA and I work remotely from another country. We created ONE account where he scans all his receipts and I access his account with the same login (for this to work it was necessary to speak to support). PROS: It tracks what we require (business/personal, date, project name (title), dollar amount, has tags options (I use for which credit card they were charged to), and notes. Everything is exportable and price isn’t bad.CONS: it doesn’t notify if there are new receipts, I have to refresh about 3 times when my boss tells me there is a new receipt, and REQUIRES iPhone because they don’t have an Android app. But in our case it works great. Thank you.

I tried this app for the free trial, and knew within minutes of opening the app that this would not work for my business. There is no way to cancel this subscription. There is no where to contact customer help and unfortunately for me all of the terms and conditions information is in Spanish. It would be helpful to have at least a way to contact customer help available on the app. It’s hard not to think you are tricking people into being stuck with the fees on this app when it will not work for their needs.
