REKK – Call Recorder is a tool to record, save and convert your phone calls easily. WARNING! To record calls with REKK, you need to enable three-way calling. Please contact your mobile carrier and ask them to enable this feature for you. Note that some carriers don’t provide three-way calling to their clients. New feature! Now you can not only record calls with REKK but also block incoming calls from unwanted callers. How does REKK work? REKK records phone calls by using the 3-way conference calling feature provided by your mobile carrier. The app silently listens to the call and records what is said by both persons until you end the call. 2. Are calls recorded automatically? No, the application records through the creation of a 3-way conference call. In order for a call to be recorded, you need to merge the calls into one conference. 3. How many recordings can I make? You can make an unlimited number of recordings. 4. How long can a recording be? As long as necessary! The duration of the recordings is unlimited. 5. Why is the “Merge Calls” button not working for me? REKK records by creating a conference call between you, the person you want to record, and our service number, which records the call. To be able to create this conference call, your mobile carrier MUST support 3-way conference calling. Without this, the "merge calls" button will not work and REKK will not be able to record. Simply give your mobile carrier a call and ask them to enable 3-Way Conference Calling on your line. Once enabled, the "merge calls" button will begin working as intended. 6. Can I share my recordings via social networks? Yes, you can. Go to "Recordings", select the recording and tap the "share" icon in the top right corner of the screen. You can share recordings via SMS, Viber, WhatsApp or copy them to Dropbox, Evernote, Google Drive. 7. How can I contact you? A great assistant for recording calls. The application is paid, but the cost is small, and this price includes a lot of necessary and useful functions. There is even conversion of your recording into text format. I didn't think it was possible, it's a very useful feature !

I “thought” with so many good reviews, it would be a decent product. Problem 1: I couldn’t make it work. Tried a dozen phone calls, had my friend subscribe, too, and it never worked. Problem 2: REKK to REKK crashed. Problem 3: the UI is nice, but the UX is bad. It’s a pretty sad state of affairs when the app simply doesn’t work. Problem 4: my friend and I both paid for week’s membership. Got us!! Reviews said the program was free, but I couldn’t find a functioning free version.Problem 5: adding a third party to the call DRAMATICALLY reduced the quality of the call. If quality was a 10, it slipped to 3 when we added the third party to it. All in all, a waste of several hours.A FEW WEEKS LATERIt turns out that, when I signed up for a week, I was really signing up for a SUBSCRIPTION THAT RENEWS EVERY WEEK. I thought I was buying a week to test the product. NO. You’re agreeing a subscription that RENEWS every week...unless or until you notice it. So, not only did the product fail, but the developer tricked me into buying more of it every week. He nicked me for $4.21 per week, every week for 4 weeks, until I noticed the bill. Really clever Rekk. Highest marks for cheesy behavior. Sixteen dollars for a product that didn’t work in the first place. And, as it turns out, you can only request a refund for the most recent week. ZERO REDEEMING FEATURES IN THE PRODUCT OR THE PEOPLE PRODUCING IT.

It's strongly recommended to contact our support once you have any issues with the application and to attach screenshots of the problem so that we could help you resolve the issue. If the customer doesn't inform our support team of the issues, we cannot help them resolve the issue and provide the customer with the necessary instructions.As for problem 4, all users are notified that the application offers in-app purchases in the AppStore description. In particular, it's written, "7. How much does REKK cost? Call recording is absolutely free provided that both the other party and you are using REKK while talking to each other. You need to purchase the subscription if you want to record and playback phone calls to mobile and landline phone numbers." Speaking of the fifth problem you mentioned, note that the 3-way calling feature is provided by your mobile carrier. If you have any issues with the 3-way calling, it's recommended to contact your mobile carrier and ask them for the assistance. Finally, please note that auto-renewable subscriptions cannot be enabled without the customer's consent. When the customers purchase a subscription, they are notified that the subscription is renewable and can read the information about subscription cancelation as well. Return & Refund Policy is determined by AppStore. Terms of Use are the same for all AppStore users no matter what application you use. Let us know if you need any assistance with technical issues in the application.

A handy application for recording calls during a conversation so that you don't miss important moments. There is a function to make notes to the recordings, you can translate the conversation into text form. The application has a rather convenient interface.

I purchased this app to be able to recordA convo I will need for an up coming video Im making for my sonAnd once I paid it downloaded and then a screen with no instructions pops up I dial my Husband to test out the recording feat and bam nothing so I get into thee app and it has you down load another app to be able to record once I did that..it state that this is malware please dont throw it away in your trash so now im out of 8$ and possible my brand new Mac book air ...Not worth it..Ive emailed them and i hope they can clear this up ...Please dont get this app

I purchased this app to be able to recordA convo I will need for an up coming video Im making for my sonAnd once I paid it downloaded and then a screen with no instructions pops up I dial my Husband to test out the recording feat and bam nothing so I get into thee app and it has you down load another app to be able to record once I did that..it state that this is malware please dont throw it away in your trash so now im out of 8$ and possible my brand new Mac book air ...Not worth it..Ive emailed them and i hope they can clear this up ...Please dont get this app
