ReminderSync for Markdown integrates Markdown notes with Apple's Reminders ecosystem. Tasks and TODOs you create in Markdown notes are synced to Apple's Reminders app, allowing you to GTD using Apple's Reminders ecosystem, including Widgets, Alerts and the Apple Reminders mobile App (if using iCloud). REMINDERS FOR MARKDOWN TASKS Tasks created in Markdown documents will be added to Reminders.app SUPPORTS ANY EDITOR Use your favourite Markdown notes editor (e.g. Obsidian, Logseq, Notable, Vim, Emacs, Visual Studio Code). TWO WAY SYNCING Completing a Reminder will complete the synced Markdown task, and completing the Markdown Task will complete the Reminder. REMINDER SYNC FOR OBSIDIAN Supports the popular Obsidian Tasks emoji and dataview formats for Task metadata (Due Date, Priority). ROUTING RULES Routing Rules allow you to: - Ignore directories or files - Send directories or files to different Reminder lists. Greetings, can you please send some details of this issue to remindersync@turquoisehexagon.co.uk This should definitely not be happening! Only Reminder lists configured for syncing should be managed by ReminderSync.

I am a huge Obsidian fan, but a huge missing piece has been integration with macOS / iOS. This integration removes a major pain point of Obsidian by syncing tasks with the Apple Reminders app. I had a feature request (to filter tasks) and the developer was extremely quick in their response! An amazing app that just works, and essential for anyone using macOS and Obsidian.

I've attempted to build something like this so many times. I really like using Obsidian tasks, but need it to be more visible and accessible on my phone, and Reminders is perfect for that. Thank you! So far so good.
