Added the ability to customize whether items should calculate their next due date based on completion date OR the previous due date. This is useful for things that are time-sensitive like garbage day, first days of the month, anything that needs to stay strictly on the interval regardless of completion dates!

Replacing the frequency dropdown with a picker to allow for truly custom intervals, not just 1-14!

Fixed an issue where item creation was not scheduling the first notification! Also created a task to sync notifications every time you open the app.
