Description
Since 2003, the British Psychological Society's Research Digest has been digesting new research in psychology. Supporting the blog at http://www.bps.org.uk/digest this app will digest a new journal article in psychology each weekday, aiming to demonstrate that psychological science is fascinating and useful while also casting a critical eye over its methods.
Our Editor Christian Jarrett and Contributing Writer Alex Fradera are both qualified in psychology to PhD level and we strive to write in a style that educates, entertains and generates interest, but without resorting to hype.
For much more psychology, see http://thepsychologist.bps.org.uk and The Psychologist app. For more information about the British Psychological Society, see http://www.bps.org.uk.

LOVE IT
Been searching for an app feeding latest psychology research for days and I never expected to find a both free and satisfying one. Here it is. And all the content is even sorted out in different categories! That's something I've given up hope for after no less than five apps I've downloaded before Research Digest.
There are a few things to be improved, like the app is a tiny little bit slow to touch, and scrapbook doesn't work too well as a favorite list because there is not a list showing all the books you marked you'd have to slide through every each article. But these are really just trivial flaws compared to its super rich and captivating content.
Please keep up the good work!
Looking foreword to the next update!(THERE WILL BE ONE RIGHT PLEASE LET THERE BE THE NEXT UPDATE!)
Meanwhile I think I'll check out the website.
Thrilled!
I am so pleased that Chris & Jen Gerrit turned his fantastic work into an app. I use his summaries in my classes many times a semester. Thank you so much for making this so easy!
Great tool for research, but poor font
I really like this app and how accessible and searchable the articles are. But my first reaction to the font used for the articles was “uggh”. San serif! And bold at that.
Any possibility that we can either have a choice of a serif/sans, or can you just change it to say “Times, Palatino, Georgia”?
Research has shown that serif fonts are more readable and easier on the eyes. Yes, I know they are not “hip”.
