App doesn't work

Divedaddy
I had my device implanted today and downloaded the app. When I tap on the app to open it, the white Medtronic screen appears as it continues totes and load but it never does. I closed all apps, deleted this one, restarted my iPad, re-downloaded it and it still won't open. I will change my review once they fix it.(IPad Pro WiFi only)
