Your Watch keeps the session going. After each session, Saavu shows your heart rate curve, HRV recovery, and a face state, a simple visual that maps to how your body responded. Over time, you'll see your resting heart rate shift, your HRV improve, and your readiness score climb. These are your numbers, compared only to yourself. Saavu maps saunas, spas, and cold plunge venues near you. Check in when you arrive, and your sessions are linked to the places you visit. Can't find your local? Submit it. The venue database grows with the community. A quiet calendar on your home screen tracks your consistency. No gamification noise, just an honest record of the days you showed up.
